According to Euromonitor’s forecast for 2016 the market volume will reach $547.23 mln with a 3.9% increase, for the period 2015 – 2019, – up to $609.58 mln with 15.8% total growth.
Beauty and personal care market in Kazakhstan is expected to enjoy positive growth with an expanding consumer base and increasing usage of beauty and personal care products.
Growth of cosmetic market accelerates since 2013 and this is due to the changes of consumer behaviour which increases the consumption of beauty products, creating opportunities for small-medium enterprise to greater access on business loans.
The desire to be beautiful – is one of the basic needs of the Kazakh women. Kazakhs women demand remains strong and was driven by a number of new product developments supported by promotional and advertising campaigns.
