Currently, the beauty, aesthetic medicine and related industries of Kazakhstan are steadily developing with each passing year. Vast and culturally diverse population of Kazakhstan, as well as the rapid growth of services and beauty and aesthetic medicine products make Kazakhstan one of the most important and promising areas for the development of these areas.
The International Exhibition Cosmobeauté Kazakhstan 2016 is an important B2B event in Central Asia in the sphere of beauty, professional cosmetics and aesthetic medicine, which will bring together exhibitors – the leading experts of the sector of aesthetic medicine, cosmetology, plastic surgery, beauty and business owners; representatives of wholesale, retail market, as well as the beauty industry professionals, owners and managers of SPA and wellness centers from around the world, helping them enter the market of Kazakhstan and Central Asia.
I am convinced that the first exhibition Cosmobeauté Kazakhstan 2016 will be held at the highest level, having established itself as the leading industry event in Kazakhstan.

I congratulate you on the opening of the first Cosmobeauté Kazakhstan exhibition and Scientific and Practical Conference on aesthetic medicine in Central Asia!
This is the first conference of the Kazakhstan Association of Aesthetic Medicine and Plastic Surgery, organized jointly with a prestigious international exhibition company «ITECA», an exhibition of beauty and aesthetic medicine - Cosmobeauté Kazakhstan. Support of such partners has enabled us to create a significant event and a invite specialists from many regions of Kazakhstan and neighboring countries who wish to grow professionally, improve their skills free of charge. This is the best opportunity to realize a part of the important tasks of aesthetic medicine that confront our Association, to expand the pool of professional specialists, learn techniques from the best speakers from Europe and Asia.
For practitioners, it is very important to have an opportunity for professional development, training, engage in direct dialogue with our colleagues from the world community to create a civilized market of medical services in our country with high quality, accountability and introduction of new techniques and technologies in the industry.
We have invited special guests to the conference: Jean-Pierre Amsellem (France, international trainer on contouring plastic surgery, member of the French Association of Aesthetic Medicine, the French Society for Lipoplasty, Aesthetic Surgery). Dr. Amsellem has been in Kazakhstan and we invited him also as a representative of the "European School of Cosmetology" at the request of many cosmetologists. A special approach to patients in his techniques is naturalness and delicacy. He will present us not only new methods in aesthetic medicine, but he will also share his extensive experience. And also, our distinguished guest, Dr. A.G. Gadzhigoroyeva, a leading expert of the "Institute of Beautiful Hair", PhD, Assistant Professor of rehabilitation medicine MMA named after Sechenov, Head of the course on thematic improvement for dermatologists "Hair and Scalp Diseases", a member of the European Society of Hair Studies (EHRS). Many of you know her and study trichology in accordance with her books. Of course, we could not ignore the topic of oncodermatology (Dr. A. Ivakin), filament technology (Dr. I.Tkachenko), plasma therapy (Dr. M.Ten), etc.
The format of our conference allows you to take a direct part in discussions, to address questions to the speakers, talk about your own experiences. And during their spare time, industry professionals can visit the exposition, workshops at the booths of the participating companies, learn new skills, find professional innovations and partners.
Once again, I want to thank the organizing committee of the Cosmobeauté Kazakhstan exhibition and the «ITECA» company management for the excellent opportunity to once again communicate with colleagues from different parts of Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Uzbekistan, for which participation in the conference will be useful and effective in practice.

On behalf of the Association of Beauty Industry of the Republic of Kazakhstan, I am pleased to welcome you at this important and significant event - the first Kazakhstan International Beauty and Aesthetic Medicine Exhibition Cosmobeauté Kazakhstan 2016!
We all see and duly appreciate the standard of living of citizens that has significantly improved due to the consistent work of the state administration for 25 years of independence of Kazakhstan. Kazakhstan is one of the leaders among the Central Asian countries and the Customs Union. Kazakhstan people can afford to visit different parts of the world, to see the beauty and use services of different levels. An important event for all of us is Kazakhstan’s accession to WTO. This is the recognition of our country, more responsibility and aim to improve the quality of products and services to comply with the world and European standards all at once.
The Association of Beauty Industry of Kazakhstan shares these goals. Our main task is to contribute to the development of goods and services of the beauty industry, to improve the professional skills of masters, to make this industry the most affordable, high-quality and safe for consumers. In view of this, we carry out a number of activities as training, professional development of industry specialists, standardization of enterprises, certification of personnel, employment assistance, etc.
Within the framework of our common objectives and activities, due to the responsive support of Kazakhstan Exhibition Company “ITECA” represented by its Director Yuri Borodikhin, on November 23-25, 2016 the Beauty Industry Association holds the First Open Legitimate “Hairdressing, Nail Aesthetic, Makeup, Body Art Champonship”. Big thanks to the Organizing Committee of the exhibition Cosmobeauté Kazakhstan for their consideration and support for the event of this format, which will be held for the first time in Kazakhstan’s beauty industry! Both the exhibition and our large-scale competition among the industry specialists will demonstrate the art of the masters of Kazakhstan’s regions, will improve their professional level, will allow visitors and exhibitors to learn about the latest products, technologies, services and goods from many different countries. Our Championship will also help win back high demand for specialized vocational education in this sphere.
I would like to suggest the industry masters and heads to draw their attention to the first major event, be active, learn the objectives of the Association, replenish our ranks to work together to continue developing Kazakhstan’s Beauty Industry. Our strength is in unity!
