Buyer Program of the International Beauty and Aesthetic Medicine Exhibition «Cosmobeauté Kazakhstan 2016»

Buyer Program of the Exhibition is a special event for buyers and producers/importers of perfume and cosmetic products, pharmacy cosmetics, personal hygiene products, professional cosmetics, nail aesthetics products, SPA & treatment, consumables, tools, equipment for beauty salons and others. Our Buyer Centre is a specialized area for effective business meetings of direct communication, new opportunities and cooperation with representatives of retail chains and distributors of Kazakhstan.

Buyer Program participants are:

  • heads, category managers and procurement specialists of wholesale, retail companies, retail chains and FMCG shops, beauty and retail centers, pharmacies, pharmacy chains;
  • private entrepreneurs engaged in distribution of perfumery and cosmetics, household chemicals, personal care products for the beauty industry.

In the framework of «Cosmobeauté Kazakhstan 2016» Exhibition and the Buyer’s Program You will get:

How to become a participant of the Buyer Program of «Cosmobeauté Kazakhstan 2016»?

Any player of the beauty market, whose activity meets the above criteria, can become a participant of the Buyer’s Program, which requires to:

  1. Fill in an electronic registration form
  2. If you are a representative of retail chains, buyers’ companies, contact the organisers and arrange the meetings with exhibitors you are interested in:
    • select a company you are interested in from the exhibitors’ list (you will receive an e-mail letter with the exhibitors’ list 30 days before the exhibition);
    • send a request for holding meetings, time and venue of the meetings (the exhibitor’s stand or the Buyer Centre);
    • receive confirmation and a personal schedule of meetings at the exhibition by e-mail;
  3. Come to the Exhibition on any of its working days, go to the registration desk in 9B pavilion, get a badge to the exhibition and go to the organisers’ stand, then to the Buyer Centre, where you will be given a package of the Buyer’s Program participant;

! Buyer Program is not a commercial project and does not entail any material costs to the participants. Participation in the Buyer’s program is free!

! Submission of applications for participation in the Buyer Program of «Cosmobeauté Kazakhstan 2016» ends on November 13 (inclusive).

Tips for attracting visitors to Your stand

Dear participants of the Exhibition Cosmobeaute Kazakhstan!

We thank you for Your active preparation for the exhibition and we would like to remind you some simple ways how to attract more attention of the visitors to Your stand at the exhibition:

  • Place a banner inviting to the stand of Your company on the main page of Your website (with a link to a free ticket). To do this, you must request a logo of the suitable size.
  • Do not forget to enclose an invitation to Your stand in the promotional materials that You post before the Exhibition.
  • Enable the banner or logo (with a link to a free ticket) to automated signatures of Your company’s employees.
  • Send out several newsletters to contacts on Your existing and potential base, enclosing a banner with an individual link, inviting professional audience to Your stand.
  • Tell us the advantages of Your company, products that You are going to present at the exhibition, and send us information about new products and “top sellers”, so that we can insert Your information on the website and in our e-mail newsletters.
  • Enclose invitation cards to the Exhibition in Your shipment
